im also a 20 year old college student lol so i have this thing i always bring whe i have to cook, its reallllly easy, its a desert ( i leave the "real cooking" to my parents haha)

1 cup Karo Syrup
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Peanut Butter
4 cups Special K cereal
1 bag Hershey Kisses

Mix Karo syrup, sugar and peanut butter in a sauce pan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Take off heat.

Add Special K and toss gently to coat the flakes. With a Tablespoon, spoon out the "haystacks" onto waxed paper. While they are still warm, place a hershey kiss on the top of each haystack. Let cool and serve.

They are delicious and reallllly easy.. just watch the karo mixture while you're heating it up, ive discovered that burnt karo and peanut butter does NOT smell good!

good luck and have a happy easter!

I absolutly love cooking great filling meals that are easy. Im 21 years old and married and have always looved cooking.

Chicken Casserole

INGREDIENTS

*Some Chicken breast. I usually use 3 or 4 maybe.

*2 Cans of cream of chicken and 1 can of cream of celery

*Sour Cream

*ritz Crackers

*butter

2 MAKE IT

Boil your chicken until its done. Then just pick it apart into little peices and put into bottle of dish. then you mix together your cream of chicken and cream of celery and about 2 spoonfuls of sour cream. salt and pepper and mix together. pour on top of the chicken then you crumble ritz crackers on top of them and pour some melted butter on top of the crackers. put in oven on 375 until it bubble with tin foil on top. then once its bubbling take tin foil off for about 10 minutes maybe and turn down heat to 325 and all your trying to do then is just the crackers to brown a little bit.

Its sooooo stick to your ribs yummy! even if ya dont take it to easter you should still try it sometime. You could eat off it for a couple days and it gets better as it sits in the fridge the flavor really sets in. Lemme know if ya try it!

Sounds like hi ho chicken (same thing as ritz crackers only cheaper)
What I do is double the recipe (I'm a mother of 6...yes, count them, 6 teenagers!)
So start with 8 chicken breasts, thawed, skinned and de-boned cut into small chunks. Roll this mixture in crushed crackers, usually takes about two of the waxed paper inner packets of crackers, lay in baking dish and drop on small bits of margarine, salt and pepper. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes and watch disappear!
