This is not a recipe.  It's a question.    I opened a can of chipotles today because the recipe I was using said to use one.  So my question is this..... what do you do with the rest of the can of chipotles?  I don't cook Mexican very often........

Go to Food Network website...Rachel Ray is always cooking something with chipotles. Other than that...I'm clueless...I've never actually bought chipotles

Check out my Chipotle Sweet Potato recipe farther back on this forum back in the fall time frame. They'll keep quite awhile (probably a couple of months) in your refrigerator if you transfer them to a glass jar.
