I was going to post this a bit ago but forgot. Here it is (recipe is from Pamered Chef but any round pan will work)
1 (20 ounce) refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (8 ounce) cream chesse, softened 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 cup lemon-lime pop cinnamon
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Preheat oven to 350'. Roll dough into a 14" circle on a 15" round bakewear/ Bake for 10-15 minutes or untilcookie is lightly browned. Let cool for 10 minutes then loosen cookie from pan. Cool completely.
Blend peanut butter, cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Spread on cooled cookie. Peel, core, and slice apples. Dip apples in lemon-lime pop to prevent browning. Arrange apple slices on cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Heat caramel topping slightly and drizzle over apples. Sprinkle chopped nuts over pizza cookie. Cut into pices and serve.
