Here is a great easy dip for any occasion, especially one like a good baseball game, we will be eating this tonight in our house!!

3/4 cup real mayo

3/4 cup parm cheese

1 frozen chopped spinich

1 can artichoke hearts cut bite size

Thaw spinich and squeeze out if you would like, my mom doesn't  but I do.

Mix all ingredients in microwave bowl, microwave 5-6 minutes till hot. Serve with Tortilla's.

You can also cut up a tomato on top, that's up to you!

I love spinach and artichoke dip...just love it I get carried away and quadruple the batch when I make mine, though LOL and end up with a whole lot of dip.

With Sourdough is the only way I've ever eaten it. It's so yummy to get fresh from the bakery, and spread it on, or dip it!

Mmmmmmm. Jan, just use carrot sticks for "dippers" instead of bread. In addition to light maoy, you could try substituting some Neufchatel cheese for part of the mayo, too, Jan. W-W says neufchatel is OK.
