I don't have a recipe but this is just what I do and my BBQ Ribs turn out super moist and tender every time.

You know that pan with the top cover that has the holes in it that comes with your stove???  Well I use that! I fill the bottom with water, not to full so that it will spill when you handle the tray but enough so that it will not run out of water. Then I put the cover on and place my seasoned ribs on top. Then I cover the ribs with aluminum foil so that the moisture can not get out.

Then place in your preheated oven set to 400 degrees for 2 hours. Then I remove them and place directly on the BBQ pit. Top with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook for 15 minutes.

The meat will just fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.
