I know everyone must have a favorite so what is it?

Mine is:

  1. Don's Secrets
  2. Best of the Best from Louisiana
  3. Top 100 Cajun Recipes of all time
  4. The Black Pot Talks Back
  5. River Road Recipes

Ok ok ok... I don't just have one, I always pull them ALL out at the same time!! So to me, they are like one!!!

My favorites are all Middle Eastern and Indian cookbooks. We just love Indian food. Can't get enough of it. I'm getting pretty good at it, too. I even finally found a Garam Masala spice mix recipe with a balance of flavor we really like and make up my own in an old coffee grinder I use exclusively for spices. Making me hungry just typing this! LOL If anyone else here is an Indian food addict, I'd be happy to share that spice recipe.
