Blueberry Pie

  • 2 gram cracker pie crust
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (8oz) philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 large tub of cool whip
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling

1 1/2 bananas (per pie) finely chopped. Spread along the bottom of pie crust.

Mix sugar, philadelphia cream cheese and cool whip. I use a mixer for this. Add vanilla extract and mix again. Fill each pie crusts with this mix. Be sure to use all of the mix for both pie crusts. Now top with blueberry pie filling and refrigerate.

This recipe makes 2 pies.
