I made this friday night it was AWESOME and so easy (Sorry texas fans)

CROCK POT BEVO BURRITOS

Ingredients:

One 3 to 4 pound beef roast
2 small (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 beef bouillon cube
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon salt
Flour tortillas, warmed
Assorted garnishes (sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, salsa, guacamole,
etc.)

Directions:

In slow cooker, combine meat, chiles, garlic, bouillon cube, onion, chili
powder, cumin, cilantro and salt.  Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until
meat is very tender.  When done, shred meat with fork and serve on soft,
warmed tortillas topped with all of your favorite garnishes.

mmmmm, that sounds yummy! Minus the cilantro though... Don't like cilantro for some reason!
