I made this friday night it was AWESOME and so easy (Sorry texas fans)
CROCK POT BEVO BURRITOS
Ingredients:
One 3 to 4 pound beef roast
2 small (4 ounce) cans diced green chiles
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 beef bouillon cube
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
½ teaspoon salt
Flour tortillas, warmed
Assorted garnishes (sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, salsa, guacamole,
etc.)
Directions:
In slow cooker, combine meat, chiles, garlic, bouillon cube, onion, chili
powder, cumin, cilantro and salt. Cover and cook on LOW 8 hours or until
meat is very tender. When done, shred meat with fork and serve on soft,
warmed tortillas topped with all of your favorite garnishes. |
