I saw the previews for this show---is that guy FOR REAL???  I'd bang a frying pan up the side of his head if he talked to me the way he does to those people!

I agree Paul. I won't watch it. I do not like shows with that type of attitude.

I've never seen them ( don't  have cable TV ) but I think that my grandma watches Emeril sometimes.

I was in Marietta Ga last year, and drove around that entire town looking to see if Alton was to be seen anywhere!   I think he is very clever in the way he does his cooking show.  WAY too much trouble to go to, but it's very interesting

Jen & I both like the show.
Ramsey is a hard a$$, but some of the people on the show are complete idoits.
Toward the end of the season Ramsey calms down a LOT as the remaining contestants improve their skills.

It is amazing what some people will put themselves through just to get their 15 minutes.

Properly trained, a man can be dog's best friend.

My hubby loves to watch Paula Deen and Giada DeLaurentis. I think he would leave me for Giada in a minute if she were available.

My favorite cooking show of all time was Justin Wilson's. He's deceased now, but he was a great Cajun cook and a very funny storyteller.

I watched the movie Elizabethtown this weekend. I think Paula Deen cooked throughout the whole movie.

I saw that movie, Pam---it was a good one!  Paula Deen was just "herself" in that movie, and that's what made her character / role so realistic.
