She has been very productive since she has been home recovering from her surgery. We are redoing the boys rooms....Blake's will be a "cowboy" room and Austin wanted to have a "hunting" room. She made the curtains for them already...now we just have to paint and put up pictures!

| Isn't it wonderful to have a MIL or mother who sews? My mom has made or helped me make several curtains and other things over the years. She no longer sews and I miss that. Tell your MIL that she did a great job. |

| Yep and right after I posted this she asked me to take her to town and she bought fabric for my living room curtains...it's gorgeous, she bought a comforter, pillow, and lamp for Austin's room, she bought fabric to make a comforter for Blake's room, and she's making him a lamp and a shelf to hold his chaps, cowboy hat, and of course his holster and gun!! |

I know you don't wish any bad health on your MIL, but isn't it nice that she has the time to do this right now? It would be my luck that I would have to be waiting on a whining, demanding MIL while she recovered.  |

| Oh, my MIL is wonderful...don't get me wrong...sometimes I feel like I'm living in an everybody loves Raymond episode...but for the most part, my MIL is great! We don't have a lot in common, but we do love each other. She spoils us so much!!!! She is really ticked at my family right now, so she is trying to help us do the things she knows I wanted to do this summer....back when I actually had a paycheck. On top of that, she is helping us to pay our bills until I either get the teacher assistant job in the fall, or some other job. She knows that I can't go to work until Blake starts school b/c of daycare, so she wants to help!!! I couldn't be more blessed!! |
