LOL! I know, I do have to pick on him about it every now and then when I catch him talking baby talk to them!! LOL
Thank you, they are GREAT hunting dogs, two of the best around here. Fat girl will probably be bred this year....lots of people asking him to do it. We'll see. I told Kev that if they breed her, the pups would be too spoiled to be good hunting dogs!  |

| Does he put those collars, with radio locators on them? I saw some here in Florida, out in the huntin woods. They have antennas sticking up on them. |

come on now they will be great at hunting just like their mama dog a little spoiling never hurts a dog!!! I think it is so cute when guys do the baby talk with their dogs but only if no one is looking!! |

LOL! As much as I truly want another rattie. The last two that I tried to get didn't work out, so I'm taking that as my sign that right now is not the time to get one. I am still uneasy about introducing a new pup in the house with Sampson. He can be a bit awnry most of the time now. I don't want to cause him any undo stress at this stage in his life.

| OMG I didn't realize you had beagles, either! What cute dogs they are. My dad used to raise hunting beagles. Usually had 608 at any given time. Such nice dogs, beagles. |

| We haven't had the beagles but about 9 mos. They stay outside and rarely sit still enough for a picture, so that's why I don't post much about them. They are very sweet and love to play with Max through the kennel (he won't go in and we can't let them out w/o them trying to track something! LOL ) Kevin pulls up in the yard and mouth goes to barking and shaking her butt....fat girl doesn't get too excited about anything but a deer. When he goes in to feed them and clean their kennel, they both roll over and poke their little bellies up for him to scratch them....sometimes they roll on each other trying to get his attention! It's hysterical. |
