Hey it warms my heart that so many of you Like the Apple--It is not an easy place to live, but I have been here most of my life and if you set up your life to work out logistically, it can be pretty livable--I usually stay away from Midtown on the weekends and there are plenty of beaches, not too far away.

Unfortunatly it is almost impossible for new people to move here. The rent in newer places is out of bounds so only the ultra rich are moving here--to bad, it takes away some of the flavor---but one thing most of us love is DOGS!! )
