Welcome to the next installment of Noodles introduces her family;

1. This is Natasha.  Natasha came here with 14 other Arabs.  A friend of ours MIL died in Minnasota and he had to go get her horses.  He had no where to keep them so they were temporily housed here.  He sold all the horses in about 3 weeks.  However the person he sold Tasha to brought her back to my house a couple months later..  He said she is unruly, can't be rode and I've been told she is not able to have babies. I got ahold of John (friend) and brought the man his money back.  He told me he probely had no choice but to take her to auction (dog food).  Then he asked If I'd like to keep her.  He said she was too spoiled be her previous owner and wouldn't be good for anything but a lawn mower.  So of course I kept her.  She can be rode, not much fun she is spooky with reason.  She has no perriphall vision due to partial cateracts, now removed but damage done! As for not being able to breed;

2. This is Willow the daughter of Natasha.  She was made while the Arabs were at my house.  And arrive about 3 days after regestering Natasha in my name!  I kept telling eceryone Tasha look preggers and evryone kept telling me no way!

3. Buddy, the burro I found wandering down the road and took in to be safe till we could find the owners.  His story has been posted prior but he ended up haveing no owners.

So Noodles introduces Natasha, Willow and Buddy

Gorgeous horses! I had horses growing up...never rode them, they were more like giant dogs to me. My old QH, whenever someone tried to ride him, he'd walk under a tree limb and sweep the rider off his back.

Buddy - gone but never forgotten.

Amy, just a sucker!
Gracie, heres the deal, Willow is 4 now, she has her manners, if you go call her up she will put her head down for her halter, she does great on her lunge line, but put a saddle on her and she goes nuts, I've been trying a year now. I am not as young as I use to be when I green broke horses and there is no where out here save to break her. So no at this point I don't ride her. One of the things on "our list" is a round pen. When Willow starts acting like a fool with the saddle on I'm afraid she is gonna get loose with the rope and get hurt. She did real well whearing the bare back pad even with the stirups down but not the saddle. I haven't givin up and she does get worked at least once a week.

Buddy the burro is a lover. He likes nuthin better than to be petted. He will leave his food for a hug and a kiss. He has gotten kinda protective of his harem though. Noodles is no longer allowed to go to the fence and give him kisses, even if I'm standing there, like before. Buddy is my first Burro and it is so apparent he was at one time loved. He was so sad when he first came here. I felt like he missed his last family but they just left him. Hes happy boy now!!!

Oh yes.  My BF is just an older (way older) version of your hubby.  I picked the youngest version...sorry wishful thinking.

How beautiful -- yes, even Buddy -- I love burros.  Stacey has a couple of wonderful horses that were supposed to have "atttitudes" - one she has kept and is turning into a nice horse and one she has sold to a friend.  I fell in love with the one sold to a friend the minute I saw her.  Both were totally misunderstood and it was obvious the only one with an attitude problem were the previous owners.  Once we earned their trust they turned into great horses.

How wonderful of you to take them in, but then, why am I not surprised.

The Burro is so adorable. The explanation that he would rather get lovin before eating his food got me.
I'm in love...
Oh, his ears remind me of Rattie ears, I can't help it. LOL!!!
