WOW ... Great view. I agree, I wouldn't get much done daydreaming while looking out the window And holy cow! That's a good bit of $$$ for a parking space

11th floor? The view is pretty, but I have a fear of heights, so not sure I could work that high up!

My window doesn't open  - you would be fine.  It's the elevators that can be scary at times.   I always hope that they work.   Walking up is not fun - done it a few times.

Wow, that city looks so quiet, no cars on the freeways! Was it really early in the morning?

Those are awesome Jenny. And you are so right about walking. I work on the 9th floor of the hospital and tried the stairs once( they are fairly steep stairs too). I emphasize once as I got to about the 6th floor and was practically crawling the rest of the way...........

I love these pics, Jenny.  I, also, would not get much done besides daydreaming if I had that kind of view from where I sit at work. I have a huge window right in front of me, but I'm ground floor, and I get to see the delivery trucks coming up and down the alley and I have a fantastic view of the flower shop's dumpster next door.    I envy you having such  lovely surroundings.

Pretty quiet around these side  streets.  It was first thing in the morning too. No students wandering around either.   The "main" street - a few away from my view is busier.

I got caught in our office elevator one time... several years ago. I work on the first floor and I was going up to the 4th floor and the elevator just stopped. I freaked out... NOT fun! I was stuck in that stupid elevator for almost 1-1/2 hours. There's a phone, and I called out to the receptionist and told her I was stuck. I knew the elevator mechanics were working on the problem, but I'm telling you -- I never quite got over it!

YIKES Nora.   That is why I hate working on the 11th floor.  But it is just too far too walk.

Even if that view was BEHIND me I still would spend all day looking out at the beautiful world. $705 a year for a PARKING SPACE?! Why?

Pretty campus and town. I have a window behind me, but it's 6 feet up on the wall, so I can't see out it.

Because there isn't much parking around here   I am just lucky to have one next to the building now  - especially with all of the SNOW we had this winter.

Yeah I pay like $600/year to park 2 blocks away from the hospital.    At least you have a great spot!

Jen,
Love the view! I know you are in Wisconsin but where in Wisconsin? You mention a campus? You are fortunate to have a parking space that close to your building. I can't imagine having to hike the 2 blocks in snow or ice! I don't envy either you or Sarah that!!
