Here's a picture of my parents Dobie....  I don't have the latest one... but when he was a pup....  I love this guy....  His name is Mac, but I call him mackie.  Whenever i visit...  he would always make sure that I acknowledge he's here too... and if i don't pay any attention to him, he'll follow me around and occasinally licks my hand or arm to say, "hey!, i'm here....  give me some lovin!"  and as soon as i put my hand on him, even if he was to run thru the room, he'll stop short.....  and soak up the love!! 

I just love this guy....   Since i don't have big dogs anymore...   I go and see him....  I am his "second" owner.... other than my parents... lol

and the second one is with the rottie,  named Cinder.... and today she is about 12-13 years old too.... she was my sister's dog.... but can't handle the move when my sister moved out, so she pretty much claimed my parents and is much happier there....  You can tell that she has aged alot recently.... and my dad doesn't even want to think about that....  but you can tell that her time is coming soon....   just a matter of when.    not the best picture but i didn't want to leave her out.
