| Thanks everyone, I love being outside, and of course playing with all the puppers. Angel and Mia loved playing in the dirt while I was, but as soon as I left it alone, they did too. Even though I wore gloves I still had dirt under my fingernails, and boy is that an uncomfortable feeling. Weeding and keeping up with my plants is one of my favorite things to do. And Pam, Yes, that is my house in Houston, where I'll be living. It's the only place I've ever felt at HOME. The boxes on the fence(can't see the other ones...) were from my vegetables last year. I don't feel like doing them this year, except for my cherry tomatoes, and they are up on the patio. |

| Everything looks so nice! I can't wait for the weather to break so I can plant some things. Hubby mowed the yard this weekend while I was gone.... hard to believe it's that time of year again! |

It looks beautiful! Ugh! I cannot wait for all this SNOW to be gone! I love working in my yard too and it's getting really depressing thinking about how long it will take for all this snow to melt. |

When you own a Rattie....you KNOW you are in your right mind
THE MEANING OF RESCUE
Now that I'm home, bathed, settled and fed, All nicely tucked in my warm new bed. I'd like to open my baggage Lest I forget, There is so much to carry - So much to regret. Hmm... Yes there it is, right on the top Let's unpack Loneliness, Heartache and Loss, And there by my leash hides Fear and Shame. As I look on these things I tried so hard to leave - I still have to unpack my baggage called Pain. I loved them, the others, the ones who left me, But I wasn't good enough - for they didn't want me. Will you add to my baggage? Will you help me unpack? Or will you just look at my things - And take me right back? Do you have the time to help me unpack? To put away my baggage, To never repack? I pray that you do - I'm so tired you see, But I do come with baggage - Will you still want me?

Kacie, fantastic job! hey, do us a favor and take more pics as the plants all fill out. You have a beautiful yard and I think you and the fur babies are really going to enjoy that space! I have a gazebo like that too but the kids put it together laying on the ground last year and then tried to stand it up after assembly... it torqued every bracket, a total loss... it's totally ruined and I can't get replacement parts! Seriously bummed! I never even got to use it and those things are expensive!! I'm going to take the decorative panels and attatch them to the beams of my back porch when our weather clears so that I'll at least be able to use some of the pieces! Sure wish I'd waited now to get qualified help (hubby kept saying I'll get to it and I got impatient and talked teenagers into doing it for me... BAD IDEA!) I love your bouganvalia... it's too cold where I live to grow semi tropicals like that but they sure are beautiful! Good job! |

| I was so tempted to buy some plants today for my planter on the front doorstep, which by the way still has last years dead plants in it. Oh yea, so classy. But it is still getting into the 20s at night and I fear them dying because they froze. I want them so bad, now, though. |

| It all looks beautiful, Kacie. I'm quite intrigued by the shallow planking planter you mounted on the cedar fencing. How did you build/hang that? |
