It's cold today and the birds are enjoying the feeder. Here are a few I caught with the camera!

Those are some great pictures!!!!! I have never heard of a Titmouse before.....That and the Nuthatch.... But then again, all I usually see are chickadees, cactus wrens, and vultures!!!

Oh, I love titmice!  They have those big eyes!  And that is a white-breasted nuthatch.  They cling along trees like woodpeckers and eat insects, but they are usually seen heading down the tree, instead of up like woodpeckers.  That allows them to get the insects the woodpeckers missed on the way up. 

Aaaaccckkk---those are great, Jan! I've been watching my bird feeder today, too, but the only things I see today are finches and sparrows.  I had a woodpecker out there earlier, but of course by the time I went for my camera, it was gone and hasn't been back today.
