We got our mice about 2 months ago and my mouse took right to her wheel. She runs on it so much we had to oil it so u can't hear it. Scott's mouse doesnt move very much lol She sometimes sits in the bottom of the wheel but thats as exciting as its gets. She is very easy to catch. My mouse not so much lol Scott's mouse is so cute and chubby lol

Something about having chubby animals makes them more loveable lol Ralph is a bit on the hefty side and he's so cuddly and makes the best Pillow! Don't worry I wont plan on laying on the mouse.

My sister accidentally laid on her chubby mouse when she was little.  It doesn't turn out so well...

Cute pics!  I wanted to get a rat, but James doesn't like rodents.  Or reptiles.  Or cats. Basically, I have to stick with dogs.

Are you sure the chubby one isn't pregnant? We got a young rat once at a pet store and she gained weight suddenly. One day she just got really clingy and didn't want me to put her down....kept trying to stay in my sleeve...she had babies that night.

Yeah - have you ever had pet rats? They like to run down your sleeves or sit on your shoulder or go down in your bra and perch there. And they like to groom your hair - it's really cute. The funniest thing was one time I ran down to the management office (this was in Monterey, CA) to pay our rent one time and while I was there my big rat popped right out of my bra and looked at the people from the neck of my shirt. I didn't really notice her but they were kind of freaked out....

Sarah, they are very clean little animals (the domestic rats...NOT barn or sewer rats!).  They learn not to pee or poop on their human very quickly.  And they "chatter" to you - just talk away.  I wouldn't have one now as I'm too busy and have RAT terriers...duh....

Come to think of it, maybe that's why Bill went along with so many ratties...so I couldn't get a pet rat....ya think????

I just don't "get" the rat thing either. Sorry. They're cute and all, but from a distance.

I know they are clean MB.  But it is my bra and nothing should be in it but my boobs.

Isn't that a contradiction in terms: Mice and Rat Terriers? Don't the mice drive your ratties crazy? I'd think your dogs would be barking to get at them ALL the time. I soooooo KNOW Button & Zipper would.
