With that many kids, when would they find the privacy or the room to be intimate. You can't get all 12 kids to sleep at the same time.
i doubt there will be any more intimacy unless you strap a board to the guys back!
She had the last one by c-section, so it's not like he'd be going into the Grand Canyon.  He could always wear a safety harness and ropes tied to the bedpost. 
and have others standing by in case they need to make a recue atempt
