From left to right - Prince Ratbone, my Benny Ben Ben and my Snoopers Poopers. As you can see, Princey is distracted, as he feels he is on squirrel patrol and when not doing Rat Runs with Mickey Ratbone, he watches the back fence obsessively!!
Benny and Snoopy have on their citronella collars cuz they will go bezerk if they see a squirrel - Prince will bark but stops when I say so... he's a good boy.
I think my Benny is so unique - not only does he sit funny, but he's got that one perked ear and one down ear thingy and I think that's pretty cool................

I love ALL my babies and they're all my favorites in their own way.. but Benny... in March 2007 I paid to have him flown to me from death row in a Texas shelter. He was an awesome dog right off the bat. He wound up being heartworm positive, so I nursed him through that. Then 3 applications fell through on him over the next several months - and the final app - we even met her and she loved Benny but she backed out at the last second... so I said to myself... it's a sign..........I need to adopt Benny myself, and because I had had him longer than 6 months, I was allowed to... he's quite the character... and he's a big boy - about 20 pounds, but he's the dog I can rough house with and wrestle with and he LOVES it (and so do I!!)

Mickey usually lies in wait for Prince...... he stalks him A LOT LOL! When Prince gets up to run back to the porch, Mickey POUNCES and starts a Rat Run!! LOL

yes that is my toy fox terrier Buttons. He had to have his eyes removed when he was only 5 due to Glaucoma but he is 12 now and gets around great!!! He loves life and is so amazing!!!! |
