I have just got to share these photos!  A friend of mine from a bird board that I belong to sent a little package for Jubilee.  She is a hoot and sent the cutest letter to Jubilee about how to handle her new Mama and Amos.  I'm sending a photo of the "loot" and Amos was sooo cute watching me lay out the stuff.  He knows he's not supposed to get on the bed so he layed his head on the bed and just gave me the most pitiful look....he wanted a stuffy sooooo bad.  Who could deny him with a face like that????

The little hamburger didn't stand a chance.

At least there are 2 hamburgers, so LeeLee says, "It's ok Mama, I can share one...."

The picture with his head on the bed is so sweet.  How could you deny him anything looking like that

Now how cute is that?  The pic of the side view of his head on the bed is priceless!!  Amos sure knows how to turn on the emotions, doesn't he?

How long did that hamburger last?

5 minutes tops!

For such a self assured and confident Rattie, he can sure turn on the "I'm such a poor pitiful neglected soul" look, can't he?

Poor Amos.  What a good boy he was to not jump on the bed and just take it.  He totally deserved it.  Didn't Smoosh get anything?  He needs a present too!

Well, the big brother or sister is supposed to get a present so it won't be jealous of the new baby. I'll take Amos off your hands if you don't want him any more.

NO Way!  lol  You'd be surprised at how many folks ask me "What are you gonna do with Amos?" as if I would give him away just because I'm getting another dog.   I look at them like they are crazy and say, "Did you give your first baby away when you had your second one?"

Carol, don't worry about Smooshy.  Jubilee was given instructions by my friend to share the rope toys with him.  I will have to share the letter she wrote to Jubilee, but it's kinda long so bear with me

Here is the letter that my bird board friend wrote to Jubilee.  This girl is an absolute nut!  And so fun to be around.  Her name is Jessica and when I announced that I was getting a puppy and what her name was, she immediately began refering to the pup as Jessie Leigh instead of Jubilee.  Enjoy her crazyiness.  (she has a very loyal golden retreiver and just adopted a thrown away beagle, so she is definately dog people)

Dear Jubi(Jessie) Lee(igh),

I know that you are gonna have a pretty ruff start with these new folks, so I wanted to give you just a few things.

Since your new mama prolly won't get you anything, I got you some tres' kewl toys and a super cute dress for when you go out.

I also got you some toys to share with your big brother.  He'll prolly be jealous of your beautifulness, and it won't hurt to suck up a little.

I don't think you'll have any issues with Smooshie, he's too slow to catch you anyway, but you should be nice and give him a rope toy.

I hope you can settle in with that silly Mama ok.  If she doesn't feed you, just check out under those feathered critters houses.  They will always feed you something good!!

Mama Kim, thinks I am gonna get really big, cause Amos did. I don't think I will get that big, cause my birth Mama Reni, and Daddy Remi, are not so big. I am bigger than my bubbies right now, but that is cause I like to eat. I will try to stay your little girl, always. I gotta be big enough to take those long walks, and wrestle with Bubba Amos. I been practicing, beating up on my bubbies, so I can take on Amos. I hope he likes to be licked, cause I am really good at that, already. I bet those big ol' birds, are bigger than me. I hope they like me...Also, I like to snuggle, so I hope Daddy Ricky, will let me sit on his lap, sometimes, while Mama Kim is at work. I will try not to make Amos too jealous, cause I want him to love me....
