Sunday we decided to hold two meetups here in Portland. One at noon at an unfenced park on the east side of town. Then another at 3 at a fenced small-dog park on the western more side of town. Due to heat forecasts we pushed out 3 outing back to 7. And were rewarded by puring rain and thunderstorms! But this is Oregon and we're troopers!
Sellwood Park with Terri, Lori, and me:
Lori with CocoBean. She is so cute and tiny!! Bean is interested in Terri over there with Chloe and Bonnie...

Terri with Bonnie (in her lap- she's so cuddly!) and Chloe the wild child

Chloe and Bean chasing while Terri and Bonnie look on

Chloe trying to instigate another game of chase with Bean

Bean and Snickers (with Chloe still trying to instigate a game of chase... )

Snickers and Rowdy checking out the action

Potso Park with Karen, Susan, Lori, Derek and Melanie, and Karen's sis-in-law Gwen. And some lucky woman who happened to choose the right time to come to the park with her rattie!
It started of beautifully...
They all love Lori! She brought treats!!! Who can resist Lucy the professional beggar?

Bean may be little, but she makes her prescence known!

Susan (from Ratbones) rescue Storm. I just LOVE him!!! He's so handsome!

Then the rain and thunder and lightening came! Storm- get me outta this wet weather!

Sasha's not really up to the rain either.

All of under shelter... Karen with Lucy and Holly and Gwen with Punkie

Lori with Beanie

Introductions at a picnic table... Riley gets a whiff of Sasha

Rowdy's busy trying to see what kind of troucle he can dig up...

Gwen's other beauty- PeeWee

Storm looking for a little lap time.

Rowdy was aptly named... Since it's raining, just takes the wrestling under the table.

Punkie seeks a little lovin from momma

Storm is such a little cuddlebug! Did I mention that I LOVE him!!!! Susan's one lucky fostermom.

Cleared up just in time for dusk and a pretty sunset.

It was so much fun meeting everyone and having the time for the dogs to play! I can't wait until we have another Portland meetup! Hopefully on a perfectly clear day!
