I posted under rescue, here is Kip, I am hoping Ratbone may be able to help. Here was the email I got:

Hey valerie. This is clearly a rat. Can you ask Rat bone rescue if they can take him. Nice dog, very quiet, calm, good with other dogs, not an issue. I have given him front line and am worming him 3 days worth of panacure. Tell them I will drive him an hour in any direction. Really nice dog, I just need to stick to JRT's b/c there are so many. He was going to be EU's and that crappy picture the pound sent me he kind of looked like a JRT but he isn't. Thanks."

He's cute. Where is he? Let me know and I'll post his info on the Ratbone foster chat.

Russell Rescue pulled him so we have him with us here in Elyria Ohio. Amy (Russell Rescue Ohio Coordinator) gave him front line and is worming him 3 days worth of panacure. He is about 2 years old.

One of the reasons Ratbone foster homes are so full is that adoptions have slowed down, probably due to the economy. Add that to more people dumping dogs because of the economy - but situation.
