It's amazing how quickly the cream the vet gave me is helping with her eye.. it was more swollen last night but today shes opening it pretty much all the way & its less red...
if only it werent such a heck of a job trying to get the cream into her eye, i do believe Joleigh needs a daddy to help me with all this! know anyone?! lol

| awww...she is so sweet....glad her eye is healing right up...as far as a daddy goes...she doesnt need one!!!! the only thing a daddy does (in MOST cases that I KNOW OF) is NOT take care of them like you would and then you resent them after a while...LOL.....sorry to burst your bubble.....JMO |

Even with her bad eye she is such a pretty girl!! I am so glad she is on the road to recovery!! |

i talked to the vet whos going to spay her Friday and he's going to check out her eye while she's under to make sure there was no more damage, it was hard to see it yesterday because it was so swollen, and she was so sensitive to people messing with it.
Yeah I'd probably get aggravated with a puppy daddy, I don't even like it when my mom watches her... When we're there I'll look over and catch my mom "accidently" dropping food on the floor. I told her I didn't mind her giving treats, just not many "undeserved" ones.. Unfortunately my mothers coming pick up Joleigh tonight and keeping her till friday to bring her to the vet to get spayed and i'll pick her up that afternoon.. so i get to stress for the next 2 days. I have a test @ 8 am friday and she has to be at the vet 30 minutes away by 830, so my moms being a nice grandma and bringing her =) |

I'm glad the eye cream is working so well. It looks a heck of a lot better already!!! I agree about the puppy-daddy, Ha ha ha ha. Save yourself some aggravation  |

| its getting better every hour, her whites are still very red tho. She's pretty much back to her oldself, you could tell yesterday she was kind of disoriented I guess from only being able to look out one eye.. I just really hope nothing else is wrong with her eye, the cream is supposed to make the top layer of her eye regenerate, its weird when she looks at you one eyes shiny and the other looks rough almost like someone took sand paper to it, & it looks like its got a blue film over it, but thats some eye drops that the vet gave her to kind of numb it so that air doesn't sting it more, encouraging her to open her eyes once the swelling went down. |
