Found this "pillow" on sale at Kmart. When I brought it home, Amos thought he had a new toy to destuff! I kept telling him, "Don't tear it up, lay down, it's for your bed". So after letting him sniff it and love it a bit, I put it in his crate and shut the door of the crate. He looked at it longingly, but I didn't let him back in for several hours. When I opened the crate, I reminded him that it was his bed and not a toy. So far so good. He's sound asleep on top of it right now. Here's a photo I took when he first got it.
Looks like he's ready to "play some football!"

| In the first picture, he was actually trying to gnaw a hole so that he could destuff it! I knew then, that without quick intervention, his bed would be a gonner in just minutes. I shut him out of his crate this morning in hopes of giving the bed a little bit longer life. He'll have to be in there while we go to church. We shall see.... |

Amos is so cute! Yaz has destroyed COUNTLESS doggie beds. We even tried giving her just fleece blankies. Nope. Chews those to shreds too. So how is the football bed today? |

Good boy Amos! Fuji has destroyed two beds already. I gave up on beds. Fuji uses comfy blankets to sleep on during the day. He does love blankets. At nights he shares my son's bed |
