Here are what the pimple like spots look like on Buster. We switched back to the Duck and Potatoe NB. We started looking up things online and Im thinking maybe it's more than an allergy. We found this website about Candida and systemic yeast infections, dont know if anyones heard of it, but we're starting to think maybe this could be what the problem is. It says people often mistake it for an allergy problem. Also has anyone ever heard of a product called NZYMES?

Well both vets ran tests. We have been to two different vets trying to figure out whats wrong. One took a core out of him and did testing on it. And then they sold us this dog food that was supposed to be all awesome that was expensive. Then they gave us "special" medicated shampoos and a spray for itching. It's just been a hassle and we still really don't have an answer. Plus all the medications he has been on. This has all been going on since November. So it wasn't just 1000 at once, all over time trying to get an answer.

That's why I recommended a nutritional consult,  because the vets can be a seemingly endless, and expensive,  merry-go-round, without ever finding the cause.  They just keep treating the symptoms.  If it is yeast,  Nzymes sells a yeast kit.  It probably beats throwing money at the vet though.  You might want to follow the Great Dane Ladys advice.  I'll include the link.  I don't have any experience with Nzymes, myself.  I do give probiotics after giving antibiotics though,  to keep the yeast in check.

you would think that after taking part of it and running tests on it, they could atleast figure out if it was yeast or reactions to bug bites or something. i would think that it was some sort of allergy to a misquito bite or flea bite, it does look like it needs to be popped, sorry that sounds gross, but i wouldnt recommend that lol. do they bother her? she was prescribed to stop the itch? does she lick them or scratch them?

They look like white heads. Never hurts to go see a vet.
