This is how blinds get broken. The neighbors have outdoor cats and Lucy just loves them. For some reason the outdoor cats are not the same as her indoor cats. This just makes me laugh and think she's a bit nuts.

| There's no barking because she's not allowed to, citronella bark collar she used to wear really works. So now she just whines and grunts. Almost makes it funnier. |

| That tiny tiny little noise they make, almost inaudiable is very familiar in this house too. That is sooo cute, just wants to play.... |

| It almost is like the noise is escaping from them. Like she is trying to hold back all of this energy and then somehow this high pitch squeak comes out as she breaths. I think it's funny. |

Aaaaaccckkk! That's exactly what my Lucy does!---Only she doesn't have a bark collar, so it gets a little loud when there's a cat out in the yard! My blinds behind the couch have a rattie-head-sized hole where she pokes her head through to spy on the outside cats, kids, and other dogs---and of course, me when I come home for lunch every day! |

| She just can't stand when someone, animal, or thing is in her yard. Especially in the front because she never gets to go out on that portion of lawn. Furthest she makes it is the driveway right out the front door. I'm glad to hear Lucy isn't alone in the whole ordeal. I think it's rather funny how frustrated she gets. The best is when she starts to grunt as she did at the end of the video. |

| Ratties may be a good argument for drapes as opposed to blinds. LOL |

Luckily Cassie can't get to my blinds, only thing she can do is look out the front door but that just makes the whining worse! |
