Just wanted say hello I'm new here just got a rat terrier on Sept 28 so still learning about them. My Little guy is 15 wks today he's Blk with a little white and his name is Ryley.

Yes he is my first rattie I also have a 13yr old blk lab and recently my beagle mix passed away I've been trying to upload pics but it's not working I'll keep trying.

Go to the Photo Forum to post pictures. The can't be any larger than 125 kg and must be in .jpg or gif or .png format. If your pictures are too large the easy way to resize is to open them in Paint, then Stretch/Skew to 40 or 50%. We've got several members on here that have labs as well as ratties. So sorry about your beagle, it's always a hard thing to loose a friend.

Hi and welcome to you and Ryley Can't wait to see him, and your lab too. Sorry to hear about the loss of your beagle mix Please feel free to share pics/stories of him or her too. We understand how difficult it is too lose one of your furry friends. If you would like to add a pic to use as your avatar (the picture that shows up under your username each time you post): go to the upper right hand corner of your screen and click on "My Profile", then click on "Edit Profile". Once there: scroll down a little and you will see an avatar section that includes an upload box, just click on the browse button to the right of that box and go to the photo file location of the picture you would like to use. Once the file location is in the upload box, scroll down and click on Update Profile. Once you get the window indicating that the update is complete, you may have to hit refresh to see your photo If you have any questions at all, please just ask. I'm glad you found our site and look forward to hearing all about your new rattie and how he is fitting in as a member of your "pack". P.S.: I'm from Ohio, but work in West Virginia (in Weirton).

Welcome to the board. Sorry about your lost.. I had lost a rattie a little over 2 years ago and that is not fun at all. Glad to hear you have your first rattie. You will love him. I can't wait to see pictures.
