At the beginning of June I sent Austin's catcher's helmet (that we had just bought in April) back to the factory (ok, well the store sent it back). The pads inside had fallen out. I got it back three weeks later, walked out to the truck, took the NEW one they sent out of the box....same problem...the back pad came right out. So they sent it off for me again....OK, it's August 23......STILL NO HELMET!! Austin's games start Sept. 1!!! How's he supposed to play catcher with NO helmet????????? I am so MAD!! It has taken all summer to get this done, and I still don't know if the helmet they send is going to work!
