I thought I would share some of my ideas that I have for when I am craving something sweet and not wanting to feel bad about it.

I heat up mixed fruit drizzled with honey and sprinkled with cinnamon. You can even top with a little fat free cool whip if you wish as well.

If you want more of a cobbler type desert you use mixed berries and toss in some of your favorite granola.

For something like apple pie you use apples of course and mix in crumbled graham crackers.

In the winter when there is less fresh fruit available you can even use frozen fruits and it still tastes very yummy.

Thanks for the inspiration Colleen!  I didn't make it to the berry bushes for a sweet treat tonight, so grapes are just gona have to do.  But looking forward o trying the cinnamon and honey with berries!  Fruit is always a favorite dessert of mine!

I do this with your apple & granola suggestion & bake 30 minutes. Really good!
