I just got back from watching Harry Potter and the order of the phoenix! It started at midnight and ended around 2;40 and I just got home( I stoped at Wal-Mart to get some stuff and took a shower when I got home).

I got at the theater about 9:30 to get the tickets. At that time, there were perhaps a handful of people there. Some I recognized from the last movie release! We started a line for Showroom# 9(lucky number...NOT!). I was the first one in line! Already the theater staff were getting ready for the crowds and were tight on making sure EVERYONE was in the right line, had the correct ticket, etc. The guy who was supposed to check tickets was also a big HP fan and talked and taked for about an hour and a half( thats how long we were in that line! Around 11 they were seating people, first show room # 8, then #11, and finally, we (#9)got to be seated and had to wait like an hour for the movie!

While the movie was good, I think it could have done better. They left a few scenes from the book out but other then that the movie was great! The special effects were AMAZING! I wish I could say more, but to do so, would spoil the movie! Even though someof us have read the book....

I think the actors were very good at their job! Especially that UMbridge woman! OK... I gotta stop now before I spill the beans! Oh, and there were some funny parts in the movie.

Ok, ok, I am going now....before I really tell all!

I think my favorite HP movies so far have been : Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban(3rd movie) and the 4th movie( the Goblet of fire). The third because, Harry meets his godfather and they aren't always wearing the cloaks(thanks to the new director). Also the hippogrifths were great. The fourth movie was really exciting because Voldemort come back and the special effects used on his face were pretty cool.

I saw the movie on Tuesday night also. I thought that it was great. Obviously some of the content from the book wasn't there, but as it was it took over 2 hours.

your right hexking, it was a little over two hours but in the goblet of fire that was longer, closer to 3or 4 hours and they followed the book a bit more closely with that movie
