I love you little rat terrier because:

You never complain about sharing my lap with my laptop.
You play with the rascal until he's worn out.
You warn me when strangers approach and while they're laughing at you, pondering how something with teeth smaller than grains of rice can do damage, you knaw at their ankles incesently.
You are low maintenance and don't mind drives in convertables.
You enjoy a walk through Central Park, or a romp in the county.
You are a little dog that even a man's man can treasure,
or a woman's shopping buddy.
You are indeed, a member of my family.
