I just went to take the girls to go out to pee and I turned on the porch light and Ralph was out there lol I guess I put him out there around 8:30 pm and forgot and Scott turned the porch light off. I was wondering where he went lol The yard is fenced and he was fine.

And then they look at you like YOU forgot me... and ya did, so there's not alot you can do.
I sympathize, I have 4 kids. They can just point blank tell you. LOL
I remember one time when Angelica was 5. I was a couple minutes late picking her up from kindergarten... Man, she's almost 19 and I'm still not forgiven! I was talking with our landlord and he wouldn't shut up and let me drive off. I remember it like it was yesterday! Kids and animals, oh man...

Try eight kids and eight dogs. Well I have to admit that right now we only have 3 1/2 kids at home but they keep coming back and I am never sure who is spending the night at Mom's house. But the dogs are constant in number. We having insanity because three girls coming in season at once! Try that one and don't let them get bred even though Simon would love to do the job, and he has my five year old granddaughter to help him, she thinks that they all should play together just like she does at school. four dogs would be a vacation without somebody for me.

ANYTHING WORTH DOING IS WORTH OVERDOING Mom of eight, only three left at home! Pack leader to ten ratties: Maggie, Mysty, Berry, Simon, Ceecee and five puppies, Star,Sari, Bluebelle, Double stuf, and Snortie. As well as Ginger the Border Collie and a herd of turkeys!

(Some) men  can't be trusted to let the dogs in/out! Did you read the story about when I had Ratbone Tucker and hubby (only this once) was suppose to let the dogs back in after potty for sleepin' time.... while I put clean sheets on our bed. I come back out and the other 3 dogs were in, but hubby told me that he couldn't get Tucker to come back in the house.  I go out with a flashlight, and I'm looking everywhere, calling him... and no Tucker. I was starting to panic (even though we do have a totally fenced yard!) and I go back in the house and go out to the front of the house just to make sure he didn't somehow get out of the fence and was out front..... and no Tucker there either. I just kept thinking "This is just not like my Tucker at all... hmmm" -- and THEN that thought kept going through my mind over and over.... this just wasn't LIKE Tucker to do something like this!!   In the mean time, hubby has taken Lucy & Holly with him and gone to bed... and Lizzy was standing there looking at me like I was totally insane! Once again... the thought goes through my head "This is not something that Tucker would do to me...." and I go in to where his crate is... and there was Tucker sound ASLEEP in his crate!!

To funny guys! My hubby locked his Service Dog Reggie out on our screened in porch! When we got up in the morning it was no longer all screened in!! Reg came in another door!!

Yep 4 can be a handful!  The 3 little ones sleep with us and one night when I got up to pee, Mayfly went out with me....but I didn't notice.  She woke me a while later by crying outside the door.  Poor little thing!

Yeah... take it from one who has four dogs! They CAN be difficult. Oddly enough, the smallest of my bunch (Lil'Bit... 8-lb dachshund), is the most difficult, and of the four dogs, is the alpha. NO one challenges her except me! LOL You're doing a fine job, Jules!

That sounds like something that would happen with Ralph. I would be looking all over for him and would be under a blanket in bed lol My boyfriend always goes to bed and lets me deal with getting everyone out for their last pees and poops! Another guy thing!

Thanks guys its nice to know I am not alone lol
