im feel like im in the sahara its a 100 degrees its frickin hot any sigjestions if have any ideas that not run the fan or jump in the sprinkler an a planted a pumpkin like two days ago and it got huge |

The rain did cool us off, didn't it. Supposed to be 91* on Sunday though and HUMID again  Are you leaving for the airport soon? |

| It's 100 degrees here, too, we have had the laziest day doing absolutely nothing but sprawled out on the bed, reading and sleeping and running up the electricity bill with the crappy window air conditioner, (I shouldn't complain it's a lifesaver right now!) Before the window AC I'd dip my feet in cold water and dip Yogi's in it, too to stay cool. |

| The rain is keeping us in the 70's...but humid and lots of mosquitos. Still....I feel for you with those high temps. Ugh. |

With my hot bod and this rain,i had steam coming off of me today!
ok so i was dreaming but it is pretty humid outside.i have to put a wet cloth over my mouth just to be able to breathe when i go outside. |

| I don't think I much care for that word... That's a tad close to another word we don't use! John, Mom has innundated you with words your entire life, find another please. I know you can come up with something just as colorful and less offensive. Besides, you complained profusely all during the cold weather that you couldn't wait for summer, come out and celebrate the heat with your momma! (Folks, I find it funny that he complains about heat, this boy was a nudist by birth right. We lived in Sheridan, California where the heat can soar into triple digits for 4 months every year... He now lives in the Shasta Mountain Range where we see snow on the mountain tops even in late August... He has a creek that stays at 34 degrees year round) If you're hot Super John, go jump in the creek, Shiloh will be happy to show you the way! |

Yuck! Today is our first cooler day in about a week and a half. Last week is was mid 90's all week with high humidity. I'm in Iowa. But today's high is only 77!! I was so excited about that. Finally shut the air off and opened the windows. I feel for you but my only suggestion would be to move. Sure you don't want to do that either but well what else can you do? LOL!! |

| I second the whole being too hot thing. It's supposed to be 105 today here and 106 tomorrow. Yuck, Yuck, Yuck. I'm going to hide inside with Lucy until the weekend. I'm guessing class will be canceled tomorrow night once again. |
