These guys used to be on Flip This House during the first season and now they've got their own show. They are in the Charleston, SC area.

I watch that alot on Saturday's. That head guy is a bit of a loose cannon. One of the other guys from the first season of FTH got in trouble- apparently some fraud was invlolved- they took investors money and never finished the flips!

I think there is a lawsuit going on. Richard Davis of Trademark Properties, the guy/company in the Real Deal show, is suing because he said the premise for the Flip This House show was his idea. There are also accusations that the producers are lying about the cost of the house, cost of the improvements, etc. and that some of the houses haven't sold yet. I guess they are trying to inflate the profit figures to make the show more impressive. All I know is, it ain't for amateurs!

I think I got Flip THIS house confused with Flip THAT house. (who copied who?) anyways, here is an article about the fraudsters. I gotta say, I kinda like when they show how many weeks and $$$ the projects get behind- that's reality. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18985912/

Yeah, right. Yeah, if you have the idea, take the idea to a network/producers, star in the first season of the show, and get replaced by others for the subsequent seasons.
