I am not a cook--never have been.  I just really don't enjoy it, but if I know what I'm going to make, I'll suffer through.  That being said, I found a really good chicken recipe.

8 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 can mushroom stems and pieces
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 pack Hidden Vally Ranch dry mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Put the chicken in a casserole dish and pour the mushrooms over them.  Mix together the mayo, sour cream, and ranch mix.  Spread over the chicken and mushrooms.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake at 350 for about 60 minutes.

I think the next time I make it, I'm going to cube the chicken and add some asparagus to it.

OOOOH, sounds good! I have a very picky hubby so I wouldn't be able to make that often...I would enjoy it though!
