Stone lovers, help!  I cannot for the life of me remember what this green stone is.  Any thoughts?  I know what it isn't -- it isn't aventurine and it isn't jade.  The only way I have ever seen it is faceted cut, like this.  My recollection is it has an unusual name???? 

The only light green stone I know is Peridot, but that doesn't look like that. Sorry. The earrings look nice tho!

Nope, not peridot.  Thanks for the compliment, though.  I made these to match someone's ring with the same stone, but she couldn't remember the name either!

Citrine?  (spelling might be off)  Adventurine?
