Hi, we brought home bajo today. everything went so well, trixy is not being too rough with him. he just had his surgury, so he is not feeling the best but he is trying. both of them are doing GREAT!! i wanted to say thank you guys. I took your advice and let them shiff around before bringing them in the house. bajo is a good puppy he needs some work, like learning the leash, and not eating table food!!!!! someone fed him from the table. he used the bathroom out side, which is good. i will send pics soon |

funny, bajo is passed out in my lap, poor baby, he is exhausted. Trixy always lays on my legs at night while we are watching TV. She just gave me this huff and sat right across from me on the living room floor. so i called her to me. she finally came, and I held her and loved on her. that lasted about two seconds, and she was off to something else. i can't wait to take pics of them tomorrow! Bajo is so skinny, i can see his ribs, trixy looks like an amazon to him. |

Luv the name Bajo! How cute and unique.
I hope things will be ok once Bajo feels better. Sometimes things work out just beautifully... sometimes not. If not... we're here to help you through the transition. I've been MIA so don't recall the circumstances under which you got Bajo... assuming he's a rescue? If so, bless you for taking this little doggie into your home and heart. |

I got him from the local shelter. I thought last night he was trying to claim me and not let trixy around, but, Trixy was actually going after his chew stick. I have taken away all of the toys except for the bones. they each have one. he just woke up from his nap and they are both chewing on their bones right now. he was so shy and timid when we first met him, but he is actually getting use to it here, already. he is so much smaller than Trixy, and bajo means stumpy, in spanish, my daughter wanted to name him nacho libre. lol, my husband said no way, lol. Anyway, trixy just wants to play play play, anytime he makes a move she acts like she wants to say "are you ready to play now"? he is getting over his surgury, so he is not up to his full potential |
