I have totally been craving these the past week and a half so I broke down and actually made them. I think I have been craving them because my birthday is coming up. These are the cookies my mom used to send to school with me on my birthday for all of my classmates. Plus, I've been sick and always crave strange and specific things when I get this way.

These are no bake peanutbutter crunch cookies. There really isn't much of a recipe, but a group of ingredients mixed together randomly. Here are approximate measurements.

*About a cup and a half or so peanutbutter, crunchy or creamy

*Half a bag of butterscotch chips

*About 3 or 4 cups corn flakes

Over low to medium heat melt peanutbutter and butterscotch chips. Once melted, remove from heat and mix in corn flakes. Drop a spoonful of mixture on a baking sheet (I cover mine in foil for easy clean-up). Place in fridge and chill. Store in fridge so they don't melt.

I like to tell myself that they're good for me. They have cereal and peanut butter, that's like breakfast right?

Lucy loves them too.

I think if you have been craving them for over a week and a half, then you should definitely make them! It's okay to have a treat every now and then.

I have a bunch of people to feed this week-end. They are helping with a big electrical job. I know they won't stop to eat, there's a lot to do before the cold weather hits. I thought this would be perfect for a snack and energy booster. Thanks Colleen !

Mmmm. My MIL always made these. You're wanting me to make some, but they just aren't a good for Weight Watchers. Sigh.
