For those of you who might be interested, you can read about this on the AKC website...

http://www.akc.org/events/agility/world/2008/the_team.cfm

The USA brought home two individual gold medals!  My trainer is Melanie Del Villaggio and her dog's name is Dara (second from the left in the picture).  I'm so proud of them!

They will return home from Finland tomorrow.

Can't be there, Pam. No dogs with docked tails can compete. :=(
Of course, you know that's the ONLY reason, right? haha (yeah right)

Well, who would want to compete where they have no docked tail puppies anyhow? Actually I don't care if a dogs tail is docked or not. It's just fashion. I didn't have my Dobies ears cropped and it never stopped him from being a great dog. But those people are lucky your dogs tail IS cropped or they'd be sweatin bullets!

Why can't dogs with docked tails compete? Sophie's tail is docked, but I had no say in it. So that's just punishing her and me, even though neither of us had a say in it...

Plus, what about those dogs born with docked tails? How do they feel about them?
