Excedrine Migraine always works on my worst headaches. I swear by it...I have a bottle in my desk, in my truck, and in the med cabinet at home!

excerdrin migraine, an ice pack on the back of the neck and a dark room usually work for me...sometimes head-on for migraines helps when combined with the other stuff. next time when you first start feeling one coming on, take 3 advil gelcaps and a regular coke (regular, not diet...you need the sugar and caffeine to get rid the headache)...this comes from a neurologist that specializes in the treatment of migraines, and it does help if you catch it in time.

feel better soon!

I have friends who suffer with Migraines and miss days from work because of them. I guess I'm fortunate. I'm in my 50's and can count on one hand the number of times in my life I've ever had a headache. I hope yours gets better very soon!

oh goodness... i agree with others... that sounds like migraines....   those are pain in the..... _____!     another thing i had to be careful with my migraines... is that i can't eat pork.. or have lemonade. or smoke (that's the biggest reason why i quit)   i get those migraine triggers from those like crazy.  when i was on a diet... i didn't have them for a long time, and since i have slacked off of the diet... i have gotten them back...   So my diet has alot to do with it.  I just gotta get back on that healthy wagon again...  *sigh*

hope yours goes away quickly if it hasn't already...
