It's been raining for hours and it doesn't look like it will be stopping anytime soon. My two girls don't like to get their tootsies wet so I would bet my last dollar there will be pee & poo in the kitchen tonight. I would block it off but then the chihuahua would just go on the hardwood floors or my nice rug. She's a nightmare on her best day. Daisey is normally housebroken but has an aversion to getting wet - she will hold it until everyone is asleep and then will probably sneak into the kitchen. Sometimes she tries to dispose of the evidence if you know what i mean (yucky).

YUCKY!!!

Kenzie was the same way during Fay a few months back... I made her finally go out in the rain after like 12 hours!! I tried holding an umbrella over her but it was raining from all angles so she didn't stay as dry as she likes! I've been thinking of getting one of those raincoats... do you think that would work for your two?

At the end of the game, the king and the pawn go back in the same box.

Boy did I call it right. I watched the one and only TV show for today (True Blood), then talked to my Dad, and went into the living room to plug my phone into the charger and I smelled something suspicious. Put my head in the kitchen and there were two piles and what looked like 3 different places of pee. It just quit raining so hopefully I won't have to clean anything up in the morning.

I have the raincoats but they make no different to the dogs. Daisey is sweet and I all but I really don't think that she will melt in the rain!

Hendryx will cower under any cover he can find in the house if it's really stormy. On the other hand, if he can't hold it anymore he'll dash out, do his thing, and come back (the joys of a doggy door). I don't know why he doesn't have accidents during storms, but I'm glad he doesn't. I have no idea what we did right.

His name is Hendryx! He's a rat terrier! OK!
