Marley was attacked and bitten twice by a neighbor's dog that was running loose in the neighborhood (Marley was on a leash).  We filed a police report.  What does the law say about getting this dog labled as a "viscious dog."

Thanks,

Jan

I live in Ohio also, and have a neighbor just like yours... except I used a baseball bat when his dog came after Pixie. But then a few days later it bit my husband. Not only did we contact the police and made a report, we had to contact the dog warden and file with them also. Then go to small claims court and make them pay the medical bills. They did lable the dog as viscious and fined them for it running loose. Every time you see the dog loose call the animal warden.

I hope Marley is recovering and my prayer go out to him.

I am in Ohio also, Cleveland area. I have not encountered this but best wishes and get well soon to Marley. Where in Ohio are you all??

Oh and if Teddy's mom does see this, is Jeff still with you? Will you be sending him on soon, I am getting close on the list I think!!

The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too
