In the middle of October. He is my avatar. I have done much reading on the breed and I am very excited to become owned. What can I expect?

Sit back and enjoy the ride, it'll be a wild one. They are such a FUN breed congratulations-how exciting. this site has been a godsend (I have 2 ratties), tons of info. Welcome!

awww your baby is adorable..........reminds me of my Holly when she was an infant she is 11 months now. They are great dogs...you made a great choice.......very loyal, loving, and very very smart. Always willing to learn. You will learn alot from this site, I know I did. Everyone is soooo supportive. Welcome and goodluck with your new baby.

Welcome! you will not be disappointed with your choice! (don't be surprised if you feel the need to get another rattie before too long...ratties are like potato chips, you can't have just one! ). check out the "you might be a rat terrier if..." section...it's full of silly things our ratties do. I can't wait to see more pics of your baby when you get him.

Oh, CongRATulations!!! Best decision you've ever made - LOL Welcome to the site. Advice: Read up on crate training, and training in general in our training forum. I can not say enough good things about using a crate. Daisy was my first every brand new puppy and my first attempt at crate training - it is a GODSEND! Also the food threads so you can pick a good food for your new little one. Other things: Typically, they love to be under the covers when sleeping, they love to de-stuff toys (I buy $1 ones at Wal-mart so Daisy can enjoy this pasttime without bankrupting me), they are terriers, and thus tenancious and unaware of any "little dog" status

oh my! what a precious baby! Congrats....you will LOVE this breed and therefore, this site....I am totally addicted! I agre with the others that you should read through the forum and see if there are specific questions you have....tons of great info on here! Cant wait to see more pics of your new baby once you get him! YAY love puppies!
