Sorry, I've been on vacation (long weekend) with no internet service at home and I just saw this!
I've been trying to call the owners daily, and keep getting the answering machine. I'm going to wait til October to call again. He said he'd be on vacation for 2 weeks starting 09/16, so maybe they'll be home by then.
I have been bugging Michelle about getting me pix of Skip so I can post 'em!! I'll email her again! She said he's doing great. She said he was afraid of her yard (he probably didn't know what grass was) and pottied on her deck, but she said he's perfectly housebroken... and that he probably wasn't ever allowed on the furniture, cuz he just sits there and looks at her when she asks him to come up on the couch.... she said he's a really good boy, but still growls at men, which I'm sure in time, that will change once he realizes that he's safe and no man will hurt him again! |
