Well i'm new to this site.  I've been reading the forums getting ready for when I found the right rattie.  Me and my boyfriend brought him home Friday.  His name is Maverick and he's 9wks old.  Potty training seems to be going well, he knows his name, and comes most of the time.  But we have one HUGE problem....  It seems that when he's around other dogs poo, he eats it...  He doesn't seem to do it if he knows the dog (my parents dog, my boyfriends parents dog).  Right after he does it I say "Maverick, No" in a stern voice, and he gets the look he knows he did something wrong.  I then open his mouth and make him drop it.  It's a really nasty habit and i'm not sure how to break it...  Any help would be FABULOUS!

That was my other concern-Parvo... He's had his first set of shot, which i'm pretty sure didn't include parvo.  I've been keeping an eye on him and only letting him in my yard, and my parents.  It's the dang neighbor's dog that keeps doin his business in our yard...  I"m hopefully getting him in for his parvo shots this Sun...  thanks for the quick reply
