 here is the low down on my leg today. i was fine was going to go to work and i bent down and i must have stepped wrong or something but something back behind my knee in the bend of my leg popped now it is really sore and very tight. my doc would nt do anthing for me except call the orthepedic and move my appt sooner which is next thursday at 10. so i have had the heat pad on my leg today and that is it. it hurts to move put a shoe on or sock on or any pants it just hurts really bad period.

| Ouch here too. I used to alternate ice and heat, but some people say that's bad. I just remember the joke about the man who went to the doctor because his knee hurt. The doctor told him to keep a heating pad on it. So the man went home and kept putting a heating pad on his knee - which didn't help at all. One day, while he was home with the heating pad on his knee, his cleaning lady came in and asked what he was doing. When he told her about the heating pad, she said,"That doctor is a fool. Everybody knows you put ice on a bad knee." So the guy switdhed to ice, and his knee was better in a couple of days. In a rage, he went back to the doctor and screamed, "You incompetent SOB! You told me to put a heating pad on my knee and it didn't help. MY CLEANING LADY told me to put ice on it and the pain went away." The doctor screamed back at him, "OH YEAH! MY CLEANING LADY SAYS TO USE A HEATING PAD!" |

| the mri didnt show anything at all except he said (doc) that there was some fluid (a little) behind me knee.ok if there is then JUST DRAIN IT ALREADY!!!!!!! |

Sorry to hear your leg is still hurting you. I have Arthur Itis come visit my left knee on a regular basis. But it has given me the ability to predict rain storms and cold snaps.  |

| thanks for all your concern guys right now i just want to cut it off . tauney has been so loveable she is by myside every minute of the day and she sleeps really close to me no joke i can hold her like a teddy bear at night and if i dare scoot one inch away she is scooting over to me and wont let anything between her and i |

tauney... where is your pain?! i am a knee professional when it comes to pain... i have had 7 double knee surgeries... and im 28 yrs old!!!
I have had miniscal problems playing baseball and now i have no cartiledge in either knee and chronic arthritis...
list me all your symptoms and locations of pain/tigtness... i can help you determine ideas as to what it is and what to due for it b4 you see the dr. |
