We have had our guy since January 2008. He is a rescue and he was 6 months old when we got him. We were told he is a Jack Russell but lots of people always think he is a Rat terrier. He seems to be built like one and his personality seems more that way. Of course he could be a mix too. He is such a sweet, fun boy! We love him to pieces! Here are a couple pics. Thanks for the warm welcome!! We got Cooper in January. We had just lost or Miniature Schnauzer who was 15. I didn't even want another dog! Then a friend of ours said she worked with a lady who had Cooper and she was going to drop him off on a country road!!! I said well get me in touch with this lady. So we met Cooper and took him home. He was SO skinny. It was pitiful. he had no manners but it was because she never took the time to train him or anything. Still makes me mad that she was going to just dump him and he is THE sweetest little guy. We have taught him so many tricks and he is pretty good with manners now. You just better watch your food if you walk away from it! LOL So we have had him for 8 months and this is definitely his forever home!
I can't wait to get to know you all and your babies more!
I am Renee 30 yrs old. My husband is Kevin 31. We'll be married 10 yrs in November! Our son, Brenden will be 8 in Dec and our daughter, Claire is 4 1/2. We also have a cat named Samson. He is between 4-5, he is a rescue from the local Humane League. |
