Here is Pam's plea that she posted to RBR people....I thought I would post it here as well. I can take Skippy to Roanoke...I can also get a crate that meets the flight requirements...I wanted to see if there was anyone else who could help with this Monday evening/Tuesday....a MAP is to follow.....
Michelle Culbertson said I should send this out. I am trying to get Skippy from Virgina to Arizona. A flight in the cargo hold of Delta from Va. is $280. I just happen to have a friend in Nashville, Tennessee on vacation who is coming back to Phoenix on Tuesday on United Airlines. United charges $125 (at least thats what the website says) to bring a dog in the cabin with you. It's less expensive and I think a more comfortable flight for Skippy.
So, I am posting to see if there is anyone who would be willing to transport Skippy from Edinburg, VA 22824 to the Nashville Airport. I will also need this person to get Skippy a soft crate that will fit under the seat on the airplane for him to fly in. I apologize I am not sure of the time yet. My friend is on a vacation so I'm trying not to put her out too much but I can text her and ask and let you know when she has a chance to get back to me. |
