They're digging furiously in the yard??  Mickey has dug 3 or 4 holes in the yard and each time, he’s stuck his nose deep in it, as if he’s smelling something down there that he can’t wait to get to!!  It’s hysterical!!  I wonder what’s so interesting down there???

my girls will take turns digging in the same hole for 3-4 days until one of them (usually Molly) catches a gopher.

I'm thinking chimpmunks - cuz all the digging seems to be near the base of my tree where there was already a hole there probably dug by some critter...

Bailey is a retard (JOKING) he is digging for covers in the bed. He wakes me up doing that when he gets cold during the night. I just lift them and he is a happy camper

Yep, I know cuz Sydney dug it up.  She got a hole started in the pet cemetary in the back yard (was able to reach it on her chain out-that has since been moved) and found one of my daughter's hamsters that were buried.  It was in a small tin can.  At least she did not find the ferret section of the cemetary ( they are buried in old boy scout popcorn tins)  (Jordan was a scout)  Sorry, I will quit now.
